1. Journals, Photos, and Audio (Optional)

• Photos and audio recordings are stored locally on your device.
• They are only added if you choose to upload/record them.
• They are never uploaded, shared, or transmitted to us or any third party.

2. Name and Birthdate (Optional)

• Used only to personalize your experience inside the app.
• Stored locally on your device.

3. Purchase Information

• Moodly uses Google Play Billing for premium features.
• We do not receive or store your payment information.
• The app stores only a local confirmation of your purchase (purchase token).

4. Device Information

No device identifiers, IP addresses, analytics, or usage statistics are collected or transmitted.

How Your Data Is Stored

• All data is saved locally within your device’s internal storage.
• No data is sent to our servers (we do not operate any servers).
• You may delete all your data at any time using the “Delete All Data” option within the app.

Data Sharing

Moodly does not share any data with third parties. We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party data processors.

Export & Import

The app provides an optional feature to export or import your journal data. Exports are stored only where you choose to save them. The app never sends exported data outside your device.

Children’s Privacy

Moodly does not collect any data from users, including children. The app is suitable for all ages and does not require an account or personal information.
